Fall Fun

We have about 6 trees in our yard, the girls were having fun raking the leaves and playing in them. We will probably be repeating this over and over for the next month, it seems just when all the leaves are cleaned up the ground is covered again. It fun for the kids at least.

She's moving!

Annika is growing so fast, she wants to keep up with her big sisters. She does this cute Army crawl all over the place and picks up tiny pieces of whatever off the floor. Here she is exploring everything!

The Elegant Farmer

I'm a terrible blogger, I can never find the time to do these posts! We took the girls to our favorite fall spot, the Elegant Farmer in Mukwanago. The day was perfect. We rode the haywagon and picked apples and pumpkins. Then had lunch. It was a great day!

We went to Old World Wisconsin with the girls & Andy's parents. It was a good time we spent the whole day checking out old houses and an old time village.They had an old time county fair. The girls favorite part were all the animals we saw.

Annika's 1st haircut

Annika got her 1st haircut, her bangs were getting into her eyes, she did great, she was a little sqirmy but Ms. Judy did Awesome. Abigail took 75 pictures! Here is a sampling.

Happy Birthday Abigail

This weekend is full of Birthday celebrations. Abigail turned 6 today! Yesterady she had a party with some of her friends from school . Abigail picked a horse theme, so for party hats we used cowgirl hats and bandanas. It was so cute, we did horse themed games, ate pizza and another yummy cake from Patty at Pat-t-cake's. Today we went to the State Fair, with Andy's parents and sister's family. We hit all of the animal barns and ate many yummy foods, we were wiped at the end of the day. Tomorrow is another party day.

Dells Mining Company

Noah's Ark

On our 2nd day in the dells we went to Noah's Ark and walked around downtown Dells. We let the girls go "mining" for gems. Noah's Ark was a lot of fun, they opened a new area for kids for this year called Tadpole Bay, perfect for young kids. Abigail was very disappointed when we decided to call it a day. It wore everyone out.

Lake Delton no more

We went to see what was left of Lake Delton , it is very sad, we took a few photos we saw one of the houses, ripped in half, the last photo is old soda & beer cans people started taking from the lake. There were a contant stream of people coming to look and take photots.

Wisconsin Dells/Baraboo vacation

It's my favorite week of summer. The 4th of July. Andy and I decided to take the week off, and take a road trip with the kids. Andy won some circus world tickets through his work and Abigail won some Noah's Ark tickets for the Kindergardener that sold the most Entertainment books. So we decided to head up to the dells. On Monday we went to circus world.

Hayley's Birthday Weekend

This weekend was full of celebrations. Hayley turned 4 on saturday. She had a friend party at McDonald's on Friday, followed by a family party on Saturday. It was great to see everyone.

Milwaukee County Zoo

Today was another beautiful day. Abigail, Hayley, Annika & I went to the zoo. We met some MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) mom's and Karen, Thomas & Laura. We walked around for awhile, checked out the flamingo's, Lions, Polar bears a few other animals. Annika took her first train ride. All three girls were thrilled to ride the train.

Father's Day

The day was picture perfect, we went downtown Milwaukee and enjoyed some time outside then went to the art muesuem.

More Feeding Fun...

Feeding Time

Annika got a new high chair, it attaches right to the table and is perfect for traveling and resturants. It is for 6 months and older, we decided to give it a test drive today and she loved it. Here she is enjoying some applesauce and baby rice cereal.

Happy Birthday Mom/Grandma

Today we celebrated mom's birthday, we did some grilling out then had a yummy cake from Pat-T-Cake's.

Swinging Fun

We put Annika in the outside swing for the first time today, she loved it.

Rainy Weekend

We have had the wettest June on record. The flooding in the area is really bad. Once the rain let up we let the girls play in some puddles in the driveway. They had a blast.

A Kickoff to Summer

We went to Old Falls Village Days to celebrate the beginning of summer. The weather was perfect.
